Paid Tutorials/Courses

While "free" is great, paid resources offer a more in depth and higher quality level of learning. All the things they skim by, don't mention, or don't spend time on in free tutorials get thoroughly explained in a paid for course/tutorial. They are also much more focused, rather than just being a bunch of random tutorials stringed together making them much more easy to comprehend.

Spending some money on refining your skills is not a decision you will regret!

Art System Photoshop

Art System Photoshop focuses on the fundamental skills of putting together a photo-manipulation. Right now, it's 87USD and the course that will most likely suite your needs the most. The main course contains 25 different videos, along with 2 different side courses.

Phlearn Pro Tutorials

Find in depth tutorials on retouching, compositing, special FX, coloring and basic PS training for around 25USD a course. They also have specialized packs that are 4 courses for 75USD (4 for the price of three).

Alexia Sinclair Courses

Alexia Sinclair is a pro artist who heavily uses PS in her works. She has two different courses available, "A frozen Tale" which is a breakdown of her post-production work in her series "A Frozen Tale"  and "A frozen Tale - Beauty Retouch" which is 4 videos walking through the beauty retouching techniques in the same series.

I do, but sometimes I wonder what I do wrong!
I am on redbubble, I am on artflakes, I am here, I am on Viewbug,
I even made a new facebookpage solemly for my art, yet I don't get any sales
though strange enough on twitter (where I hardly post shit) I all the sudden have about 20 new followers (still by far not enough to get seen :XD)
